We are very happy when our products are also offered in smaller shops, which is why our minimum order value for first and subsequent orders is 100 EUR.

Germany: Shipping costs are 5.90 EUR, from 250 EUR net shipping is free.

EU: Shipping costs are 9.90 EUR, from 300 EUR net shipping is free.

Switzerland: Shipping costs are 20 EUR, from 500 EUR net shipping is free.

Shipping costs for all other countries are recorded individually.

We always make sure that our retailers are not too close to each other. If we are ever unsure because we are unfamiliar with the area, we contact existing retailers before accepting new shops nearby and make a decision on a case-by-case basis.

We generally offer payment by invoice. However, we reserve the right to process orders via prepayment.

Payment via SEPA direct debit with a 2% discount is also possible. Please contact us for details.

We generally process orders in chronological order. Orders consisting solely of postcards can be shipped somewhat faster than orders with many art prints, which are printed on demand. Delivery time also depends on the current order volume – we will inform you of the estimated delivery date with the order confirmation.

Generally, we ship within 2-6 days.

Generally speaking, Christmas orders can be placed at any time. We even send out Christmas cards at short notice in mid-December.

Large Christmas orders can also be placed in August/September, which helps to spread out our order volume. Later delivery is of course still possible.

Sustainability is very important to us.

We print and produce everything in Germany – mostly regionally. Our cards are printed at a print shop in the next town. We print art prints ourselves on demand.

We generally use FSC-certified natural paper for our stationery products.
