How long does the shipping process take?
Your order will typically be processed within 1-3 business days. Once your order has been handed over to our shipping partner, you will usually receive your order within 3-5 days within Germany and Austria.*
For other EU countries and Switzerland, it may take a few days longer for your order to arrive.
How do you ship the orders?
To avoid unnecessary CO2 emissions, we usually ship our orders with DHL GoGreen.
How much are the shipping costs?
Within Germany, we charge a flat shipping fee of €2.50 for orders with a merchandise value under €19.99. For merchandise values between €20.00 and €59.99, we charge a flat fee of €5.90. Shipping is free within Germany for orders of €60.00 or more.
If you live in the EU, we charge a flat shipping fee of €9.90. Orders to EU countries over €100.00 are shipped free of charge.
Shipping to Switzerland costs 20.00 euros; orders over 160 euros are shipped free of charge.

What are the shipping costs for retailers?
Within Germany, a flat shipping fee of €5.90 (plus VAT) applies to all wholesale orders. We offer free shipping on orders over €250.00.
For deliveries within the EU, we charge a flat shipping fee of €9.90. We offer free shipping on orders over €300.00.
For deliveries to countries outside the EU, shipping costs depend on the volume. The exact costs will be calculated after receipt of the order and sent with the order confirmation.

We offer payment via PayPal, credit card, instant bank transfer, and invoice through external service providers. All our payment providers operate with the highest security standards to protect your and our data and ensure a smooth and worry-free payment process.

Can I return my order?
We have extended the statutory right of withdrawal: You can of course return your order to us within 30 days.

Please ensure that the items are packed securely to prevent damage during transport. Ideally, you should use the box and packing materials that you received from us.

How can I return an item?
Should an item not meet our usual quality standards, for example due to shipping damage, you can of course return it to us. Please contact us by email (info@leoladouce.com) or via our contact form , stating your order number, and briefly describe the defect, ideally with photos. We will get back to you after reviewing your case.
You can also let us know if you would like us to resend the item or refund the corresponding purchase price.
